Team lined up, after some initial difficulties with: Demonboy (cap), Mojo Jojo, Eddie, ONESHOT, PGTips and Richie.
Well I guess you could call this a match report in actual fact it was a farce on a grand scale. It begun in IRC where with 10 mins to go I was sitting there with Mojo wondering were the rest of the team was (and I wasn't in the line-up for the game I point out). Eventually people showed up and we were ready (just) to go in on time.
Ok, so our difficulties aside we arrived ands started a little 3 on 3 to get warmed up and ready and finally 15 mins later they begin to show up, all 3 of them! They have just lost their match organiser which as the time goes by seems no real surprise, and they thought it was a 4 on 4 yet they still only had 3 players. So 15 mins goes by of total confusion as we feck about playing.
Enough already, we graciously agree to make it a 3 on 3 with us having a team for ct and a team for t, Demon ONESHOT and Mojo spectate and Eddie PGTips and myself get ready to line up against them. Ok lets go… but No! One of their players probably out of boredom cos that's how I felt then decides to leave.
So it's now 3 on 2, but wait, another player for them arrives and we can start. Knife round, what happens…? They decide to shoot us! I don't know why, here it all gets rather hazy and we set off about our business of playing the game but for some reason they are just fucking around TWing and TKing. We are all confused but winning easily and Demon is threatening them with bans if they don't play properly.
To cut a long boring story short they couldn't play properly and demon was as good as his word and banned them. I personally hope it's permanent. So a disappointing game really if you can call it that, I would recommend we never accept a challenge from them or ask to play them again, they have 'amateur' written all over their clan.
We ended up practicing Aztec, for all the good it did me in the subsequent clan practice! :-(
