Well what can I say about that? Its now the next day and Ive only just begun to calm down a wee bit after our first decent win in ages! Another very exciting game with both good and bad play by ourselves and the opposition.
We started by losing the knife round and they chose Ts first. We beat the poop out of them for most of the 1st half as CTs, managing to counter pretty much all of their rushes. A couple of silly mistakes gave them one round but overall score for the 1st half was 11-1 in our favour!
Second half started very badly. We only needed two rounds for the win but these were pretty hard fought! The bridge rushed us in the 1st round and absolutely hammered us. They were in the bridge room before we even got there... very good tactic which we may remember in future! We eco'd second rnd but got hammered again as I recall. I think we managed to win our 1st round by about round 4 or five and once we had realised they couldnt handle a solid A rush then it was pretty much game over. One point to note: please always remember to plant the bomb in the open at A, you know who you are!!!  Second half score 4-8
Overall, great bunch of lads, no dodgy ones and no complaints. Would happily play these guys again...
