Hey Gents, just FYI I have received the following notice from our hosting provider. If it turns out that this does totally break the site, I will do some work in trying to get it working, but it is such ancient code it may not be worth it. If this ends up being the case I will look at potentially creating a new site on a shared forum host or something as it still costs me about £7 per month to host the site today.
Upcoming web hosting platform upgrade
We wrote to you recently about an upgrade for customers using our Windows 2003 web hosting platform.
We can confirm that this work will be taking place on 23/04/2015 and there will be a short period of downtime whilst this takes place. If you have already performed the upgrade yourself via your Fasthosts Control Panel and checked the components listed below, no further action is required on your behalf.
There are some elements within Windows 2003 that may not be automatically compatible with Windows 2008 that you will need to check. These are listed in the table below together with links to our online guides to help you with these.
What do I need to do?
We recommend that you upgrade yourself from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 via your Fasthosts Control Panel. This will enable you to check the elements below ahead of the automatic upgrade and follow our online help guides if any of these require your attention. There is an online guide here on how to do this. If you do not carry out the upgrade yourself before 23/04/2015 we will upgrade the site(s) below as planned on this date.

What happens next?
We will send you an email immediately before the upgrade is due to take place. There will be a short period of downtime so we strongly recommend that you carry out the upgrade yourself beforehand at a time of your choosing via your Fasthosts Control Panel.
