I was bored, so I made SFH a logo for on the address bar! 
after making them I tried uploading the .ico but ofcourse it won't upload .ico 
white background:
transparent background:
Unsure if transparent backgrounds work, but oh well
EDIT: meh, just noticed the transparent ones still have white edges around them, happens when you do the normal ones first then try to remove the white background

easy just upload to the servers root directory and call the image "favicon.ico" without the quotes then the server dose the rest

you do need to put:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
in the <head> though
