Just ordered my 1st ever new car! 
Mazda 6 2.2D (163 bhp) Takuya Estate
Delivery is March 1st (11 plate).
It does 0-60 in just over 9 seconds (turbo diesel), so quite a bit quicker than my Golf 1.6 FSI.

In advance of getting the new motor I thought I should give my old Golf a spruce up, and learn how to properly wash, clay bar, polish, wax etc a car.
Took 4 hours! I did all except machine polishing it (too worried I'll cock it up and scratch the paint - might get a pro to do it soon as I have lots of small scratches and swirls), but the end result was rather magnificent! Check out the shine and those brand new-looking alloys... 
PS Apologies for the crap quality photo, was from my phone and it was a crappy day so high ISO noise.
