Just ordered my new camera upgrade which I should get this week. Trading in my old Canon EOS 450D + 18-55mm IS kit for a Canon EOS 60D + 15-85mm IS USM!

lol no - but after some negotiation (and them being v impressed as to what good condition my camera is in for having taken over 6k shots in 18 months) im getting Ł250 for my old 450D kit (inc lens) which is not too bad. If i sold it on ebay I would expect about Ł300, so Ł255 after all the ebay and PayPal fees, hence quite happy with my trade in price!

Just goes to show that using a cheap screen protector (Ł3 each or so) to protect your LCD and always using UV filters to protect your lenses, will pay you back in the long run! Their original offer was Ł200 and several other companies were in the 175-180 range!

Also I fgured my camera is only going to reduce in price faster and faster, so if I want to get max trade in price, I needed to do so by this summer.

Also typical init, Ive packed away my camera gear for the sale, and of course Heather decided to do something v cute and photo worthy last night which I will have to keep in my mental camera instead... (and Lindsay missed cos she was travelling for work last night) doh!
