maybe his fleet got destroyed, but you can't blow up bases, only base defences...you can always rebuild

im ranked 1323 atm, i got a big ass fleet and im moving up in the chain... just wondering if anyone was in uni 3 cuz then u could join my alliance

i got to about 550 rank in universe 12 before i packed up.

infact my account was in vacation mode so might still be there, last time i checked i was still ranked 600 something without even doing anything.
