Just a query but mine n Andersons net keep gettin disconected, we fone up NTL and they go on about power levels or some crap, then it just comes back online. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

yup - check your power levels, if theyre over about 54/55 then theyre too high and ur modem will constantly drop... check this page:

http://192.168.100.1/

Thats the status page for your modem and u can get the levels from there...

Thats the default address that these cable modems take...

http://192.168.100.1/

has been that on all 3 of my cable modems so far...

and default for sindows is 192.168.0.1 not 100.1

Weve got the old NTL modems, the Terayon 210's. NTL give out these gay new silver ones now, our ones are totaly uncap proof

Ok guys my company is ..... well a bit sh*t some times but its not like I own it so sl*g away lol. I will get all info or links to it on here asap and any problems just let me know. I do carry quite a bit of power at work at the moment so if I have time I can look into stuff. I will go and find some links now and stuff brb.
