Well just thought Id let everyone know - I sent back my 20GB Jukebox Zen last week cos it wasnt working properly (ive had it for 18 months and the warrenty is 24) and got my replacement last night. Theyve gone and replaced it with a 30GB Jukebox Zen Xtra!...

Talk about rockin in the free world baby!!!

so where do iPod's come in? I must admit the idea of having an iPod or similar does interest me but the problem is they cost so darn much. tis no fair

iPods are v good but as you say v expensive... I reckon if i bought another player I might get an iPod or iRiver but I wont be needing a new one for at least the next 2 years so I dont even have to worry about it just now

I'm hoping the next gen of ipods will have batteries you can replace yourself, and not have to send back (at something like Ł60 a pop). If the next gen of ipods are still crap like that, i think im going to go for a zen. Seen some 30 gig ones on ebay for Ł149 (+ Ł25 p&p) buy now price. Not bad at all me thinks. (i still think ipods are better tho, just crap about the battery).

my zen xtra is about Ł220 on amazon atm. And yeah - they have replaceable batteries...
