Is there a program that can check what RAM type u have and what motherboard u have? so, u don't have to open ur tower.. and how can I check if a graphic card fits on the motherboard?? (planning to buy a new cheap one..) .. and finally.. any hard drive can fit on ur computer ye? it's not that old.. (Dell Dimension 4300.. from um..2002 me thinks) ...

Thats your tech spec - your board only supports max 2/4x AGP.

And its PC133 btw...

oh, almost forgot, your bios may or may not support a HDD that size (160gb u showed me) but usually you can get a BIOS flash from the manufacturer eg dell which will make it support it...
