how...why? HOW ?!?!

Seriously, THAT scare the hell out of me. It smashe the vent opening, and then CLIMBED IN AFTER ME. WHAT THE f**k ?

I then died in slow motion as it couldnt quite fit, so it dragged itself slowly towards me. My team tried to help, but it just roared and slowly got closer...then smashed me xD

I have an ATI Radeon X1700

Its actually far better in game, it was glistening with blood and such, the flames have a blueish glowy water-burn effect to them.

My antialisaing and so on are off, im on medium settings.

The game saves screenys as .jpeg and compresses them anyways, so my screenshots never do it justice.

btw, left 4 dead is £19.97 on amazon - don't get it on steam whatever you do, the exchange rate makes it very much NOT a bargain

You guys are missing out, the AI is very, very good.

Its able to adapt to your playstyle and kill you off.

You actually have to think out a tactic that you havent done yet, and see if that works.

It then adapts to that anyway.

We were stuck in a level for ages, then we decided to just run it and not stop running.

The AI director wasnt ready for that at all. It wasnt happy, so it sent a tank to camp the escape house right at the end :(

It also does not let you camp. If your camping an area to wait for a guy to respawn, it will figure that out and send in  things to kill you.

Of course, thats on expert.

Each difficulty level dumns down the AI a bit and gives it less resources to work with.

Expert has no restrictions on the AI director and allows it to use everything. Which makes the game incredably hard unless your in a fantastic team.
