Help!

I had a dodgy Chinese last night and feel like total crap today: I am sweating, feeling nauseous and woke up at 6:30am for no reason what so ever - apart from feeling like sh*t. I feel like I'm going to spew.

I came into work because the excuse of - "ohh, I had a dodgy takeaway" usually means you can't be bothered, and seeing as I was out drinking with the bosses last night I would probably be heavily frowned upon. My game plan is to go ahead and spew at work, then go home...but I got loads of work to do so that's my last resort. What are your cures for dodgy Chinese food?

I got teeth like that...I think it's crappy Scottish teeth as my mum has the same problem whereas my dad's teeth are fine
