For those of you interested i used www.thenoobschool.com for leveling my professions..

On klaw reaching 80 i've leveld nearly every one except blacksmithing so can say this is the best site to do it with (obviously in my opinion you may know a better).

The Gathering profs are by far the easiest to lvl once you've hit 80 for obvious reasons you can just mow down the mobs surrounding your nodes.

The crafting are obviously a little tougher. I found jc really easy but expensive to lvl i currently stand at 430 and have quite alot of recipies to get yet... as most of em are rewards from dalaran jc tokens.. engineering was fun but was only doing it for the hog but the 12k vendor only parts began to gnaw at me so quit it to take up the jc..
